Grown in Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro, this Ponte Funda Farm lot is a textbook example of why the region is so widely used by specialty roasters. The area’s stable climate and defined seasons produce coffees that are consistent, balanced, and naturally sweet.

Built on Red Catuaí, a variety known for its chocolate-forward profile and gentle fruit character, this coffee leans into richness without becoming heavy. The natural processing amplifies body and sweetness, bringing out softer red fruit notes and a round, syrupy finish.

In the cup, expect a medium–full body with low acidity – driven by chocolate and caramel, supported by subtle red fruit and nutty undertones. It’s a dependable profile that holds together across brew methods and doesn’t fall apart in milk.

This is classic Brazil done properly – simple on the surface, but dialled enough to drink daily without getting boring.
