Single origin coffee comes from one farm, region or producer. It isn’t blended, which means nothing is added or adjusted to change the profile. What you taste is the natural profile of that place, shaped by soil, altitude, climate and processing method.

Because of that, flavour shifts throughout the year. Harvests change, conditions vary, and each lot carries its own characteristics. That variation is intentional. It keeps the coffee fresh, traceable and honest, giving you a clearer connection to where it was grown and how it was handled.

We select single origins for clarity, balance and drinkability, not just novelty. Each release is chosen to stand on its own, whether you’re brewing at home or serving it across a busy bar.
